What data we collect
Only the data you send us through the forms on this website:
- Quote request: full name, company, email, phone, project type and location, description and, if attached, drawings or tender documents.
- Careers: full name, email, phone, area of interest, CV and message.
When you submit a form we also record the date, time and IP address of the submission, to prevent abuse.
Filling in the forms is voluntary. Fields marked with * are required for us to reply; without them we cannot process your enquiry.
How we use it
- To answer your enquiries and prepare technical and commercial proposals.
- To assess your CV in our recruitment processes.
We do not use your data for any other purpose, and we do not sell or share it with third parties.
How we receive and store it
Forms are sent by email to LAWTECH S.A. mailboxes. The website does not store the data in a database of its own. Our web hosting and email providers take part in that delivery and only process the data to provide that service.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries for as long as needed to answer and follow them up, and CVs for as long as they may be considered for our openings. You can ask us to delete your data at any time.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction, update or deletion of your data by writing to comercial@lawtechsa.com, under Argentine Personal Data Protection Law No. 25,326.
Data subjects may exercise their right of access free of charge at intervals of no less than six months, unless a legitimate interest is shown, as set out in Section 14(3) of Law No. 25,326.
The Agency for Access to Public Information (Agencia de Acceso a la Información Pública), as the supervisory authority under Law No. 25,326, handles complaints from anyone whose rights are affected by a breach of personal data protection rules.
Cookies and third-party services
This website does not use its own cookies or any analytics or advertising tools. The contact page includes a Google Maps map, which may use cookies under Google's privacy policy. Links to our social media lead to third-party sites with their own policies.
